Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AxiomFlow AI Inc., doing business as Your Local Marketing Crew ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit yourlocalmarketingcrew.com (the "Site"), book a demo, or use our services (the "Services"). It applies to visitors and clients in the United States and Canada. By using the Site or Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you submit when booking a demo, contacting us, or subscribing.
- Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe collects and processes payment details under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. We receive limited information from Stripe such as payment status, the card brand, and the last four digits.
- Service data (client accounts): when we operate the Services for your business, we process communications data on your behalf — for example call events, text-message conversations between your business and your customers, quote follow-ups, and review requests.
- Automatically collected information: device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services;
- To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe;
- To communicate with you about demos, your account, support, and service updates;
- To send marketing communications where permitted by law, with your consent where required (you can opt out at any time);
- To analyze Site usage and improve our marketing;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Service Data Processed for Clients
When your business subscribes, the individuals who call or text your business are your customers, not ours. We process their information (such as phone numbers and message content) as a service provider on your behalf and under your instructions, to deliver features such as missed-call text-back, follow-ups, and review requests. Clients are responsible for having the appropriate consent to contact their customers, as described in our Terms & Conditions. We honour opt-out requests processed through the Services.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business — payment processing (Stripe), marketing and CRM platforms, website hosting, telephone and messaging carriers, analytics, and email delivery — each only as needed to perform their function;
- Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) where reasonably necessary;
- Authorities where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality. Where advertising or analytics tools are used (for example Google or Meta tools), those providers may process usage data under their own policies.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Client service data is retained for the duration of the subscription and for a reasonable period afterward, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Where Data Is Processed
We operate from Canada, and our service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Where information is transferred across borders, it may be subject to the laws of the receiving jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to ensure service providers protect personal information consistently with this Policy.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights — Canada
Canadian residents have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and substantially similar provincial laws, including the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction, and to withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual restrictions). You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada with concerns. Our electronic marketing complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): we send commercial electronic messages only with consent or as otherwise permitted, and every message includes an unsubscribe mechanism.
10. Your Rights — United States
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended), including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise any rights, contact us using the details below; we will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
11. Text Messages and Calls
If you provide your phone number to book a demo or communicate with us, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about your enquiry and the Services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
12. Children
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where required by law we will provide additional notice.
